4. Products

4.1 Description

MADELEINE POMANDER creations are scent-diffusing jewels crafted in limited series or made to order. Each piece contains a ceramic stone designed to hold a fragrance chosen by the Customer.

Due to their artisanal production, slight variations may exist between the visuals presented and the product delivered. These variations cannot be considered as defects.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges. The total price is displayed before the order is confirmed.

4.3 Usage guidelines

The Customer is advised to apply fragrance only to the ceramic stone, to handle the stone with care, to open and close the jewel gently, and not to force the closure mechanism.

5. Orders and pre-orders

Any order placed on the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Some products are made to order or offered as pre-orders. Production lead times may vary from a few days to several weeks depending on the model. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.

6. Payment terms

Payment can be made by credit or debit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. Payment is due immediately. Banking data is processed securely.
